Project Details
In 2009 The Encore Envelope Group called for urgent help. A fire had ripped through their factory in Washington.
We immediately went to their help and designed a new facility as pictured.
Prior to the new build the site was cleared and made safe.
New foundations, drainage and reinforced concrete floors were installed.
The beautiful new factory you see now, 20,000 sq ft of new production storage space turned around in 4 months.

We opened our Carville Depot at the old Swan Hunter shipyard on Wallsend quayside on the river Tyne some 15 years ago .We commissioned The Emery Group to refurbish the existing buildings with new sheeting , doors and generally made them look like new. They also built from scratch two new fabrication workshops to a very high standard .
