We’ve partnered with Gulliver’s Theme Parks for 20 years, completing our 14th project: a mini estate of four 6,000 sq ft units with training, recreation, and hospitality facilities.
Project Details
We have worked for Gulliver’s Theme Parks now for 20 years . We always have at least one project in design and build.
The latest commission was 4 number 6000 sq ft Part L 2 storey units.
They include amongst them workshop training facilities for early and adult skills development. The mini estate is equipped with recreation areas , reception areas , coffee shop and restaurants.
This is the 14th project completed by our group for the Gulliver Organisation.

They designed and built 4 x 6,000sq feet facilities with connecting structures for restaurant and reception areas. Planned perfectly and brought in on time. We opened our Carville Depot at the old Swan Hunter shipyard on Wallsend quayside on the river Tyne some 15 years ago .We commissioned The Emery Group to refurbish the existing buildings with new sheeting , doors and generally made them look like new. They also built from scratch two new fabrication workshops to a very high standard . We have maintained our excellent relationship with them since with two more workshops just through planning with the council which Emery’s organised. We are delighted with their attention ,work quality and competitive pricing.
