When You Place Your Order

At The Emery Site Management Department for you the process is simple. There is no reason why your construction or expansion project should distract you from your daily business activities, you do your job and we will definiteley do ours

We will have already completed your design having consulted you in all your detailed requirements. If planning permission is required, we have a department dedicated to dealing with that, fully qualified planners will draw up and navigate your application through the system.

We also apply and deal with your building regs application, right up to fit out. All Inspection by building control are accompanied by a Emery Engineer.
